Founder and partner. Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Halman-Aldubi Mutual Funds Ltd.
Mr. Halman served as an officer in the 8200 Unit (IDF). He holds an MBA (cum laude), majoring in financing and accounting, and a BA in mathematics and computer sciences from Tel Aviv University. He is presently a regular student, studying for a doctorate at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Management.
He holds a portfolio management license from the Securities Authority, and serves as Chairman of the Provident and Pension Funds of the Halman-Aldubi Group.
Mr. Halman is one of the founders of the Israel Association of Oil & Gas Exploration Industries, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Israel Opportunity - Oil & Gas Exploration Co. Ltd.

Mr. Aharoni holds a BA degree in economics from Tel Aviv University. He is expert and vastly experienced in the field of Provident Funds, and has 19 years' experience in capital markets and finances.
He previously served as CEO of a company engaged in the fields of providence and further education, belonging to an insurance group. |

Over 30 years’ experience in the Israel Police Force and in the Prisons Service; among other positions served as head of the Salary and Pensions department of the police Force, and head of the Human Resources Directorate of the Prisons Service. Holds a bachelor's degree in economics and is a graduate of a senior business management course, both at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. |

Since 2005, Mrs. Ben-Yehoshua has been a business consultant for companies and businesses, specializing in the activities of institutional entities and entities active on the capital and finance markets. She has filled senior positions in the banking system, such as deputy CEO of Bank Igud, and Senior Deputy CEO of Mercantile Discount Bank, where she was in charge of securities operations, subsidiaries operating on the capital market, retail credit and mortgages and branch managers. Furthermore, she served as Senior Deputy Commissioner of the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings in the Ministry of Finance and as an economist at the Bank of Israel in the Supervision of Banks department and in the Foreign Currency department.
Mrs. Ben-Yehoshua holds an MBA and a BA in economics, both from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
She serves on the Board of Etgar Investments Portfolio Management of the Bank Mizrahi Tefahot Group, as well as Chairman of professional committees: the Credit Committee and Debt Forum of the Teachers Study fund, the Investments Committee of the General Health Services, and the Finance Committee of Ilan. |

Iris Avner - External Director
Betweeen 1996 and 2005, Mrs. Avner served as Assistant to the CEO and in charge of business credit at Bank Mizrahi, and as a member of the Supreme Credit Committee at the bank. Between 2005 and 2008 she served as CEO of Mizrahi Capital Market Ltd. From 2008 onwards, Mrs. Avner has been serving as co-manager of the Mustang Mazanin Fund. She is presently serving, inter alia, as director in the public company Solcon Industries Ltd.
Mrs. Avner holds an MBA, majoring in finance and accounting, from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in economics and international relations from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. She served as lecturer in courses on financing and business strategy at Tel Aviv University as part of the executive MBA studies. |
