General Information on the Investments Division
The Investments Division, under the management of Jackie Struminger, provides services of trade, research, operation, back office, control and controllership for investments managers in the Group who manage all of the group's products: provident funds, pension funds, institutional portfolio management Among others - external investment management for provident funds / training funds and external investment management for mutual funds *.
The Division concentrates all investment management issues, including current investments management, activity vis-á-vis the Investments Committee, the Credit Committee and Debt Forum, voting at general meetings, performing current research for Companies on the local market and for selected companies abroad, money management in various banks, current evaluation of negotiable and non-negotiable assets and the like.
As of 28/12/11, the fund manager is Ayalon Mutual Funds Ltd. External investments manager of the Fund's is Halman - Aldubi Institutional Portfolio Management Limited.
The investments approach formulated by the Halman-Aldubi Group over many years emphasizes the range of the Group's products in the field of pension savings for all target markets, and this is expressed in the activity of the Pension Fund which was the first in Israel to adopt the investments management method based on the Chilean model (adapting the risk in the portfolio to the member's age). In the Provident funds the company also manages a broad range of provident funds and study funds in order to adapt the products to every requirement. Thinking outside the box in the field of investments is particularly demonstrated by the company's external investment management of mutual funds*. The company has chosen to manage investments of mutual funds specializing in the channels in which an ordinary client has difficulty in making investments directly and independently. Thus the client is able to exploit the expertise of the investmenet management in these fields.

In the field of investments it emphasizes the professionalism of its staff, which is reflected in the many years of experience accumulated by the investment managers, all of whom have an academic education in economics and management. Another principle which is especially prominent in the character of Halman-Aldubi concerns the issue of conflict of interests. The Group has no fields of activity that might create a conflict of interests. The company does not hold an underwriting company, a brokerage, it does not sell structured deposits or any other product which might create conflict of interest between it and the management of members' money.
